The notes
Do I get a printed book or a PDF?
A printed, colour hardcopy book delivered to your address. The PDFs on each product page are samples.
Are the notes handwritten or printed?
Both. Every book is colour printed and combines typed text with handwritten notes.
Which language are the notes in?
English.
Can I see the notes before I buy?
Yes. Every product page has sample PDFs you can open before you add to cart.
Are the notes enough for boards, NEET or JEE?
They cover every topic of the syllabus, with important PYQs solved and topic-wise tests. Use them alongside your NCERT textbook.
Do the notes follow the latest syllabus?
Yes, strictly according to the new NCERT syllabus. Class 10 has separate CBSE and ICSE books.
Do the books have video explanations?
Yes. Scan the QR code printed on the page to watch the explanation.
Payment and delivery
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when the book reaches you. Pay online instead and delivery is free.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on every prepaid order. Cash on Delivery is also available, and any COD charge is shown at checkout before you confirm.
How long does delivery take?
4–6 days, anywhere in India. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and tracking details come by email and WhatsApp.
How do I track my order?
Open Track my order from the menu and enter your AWB number or the phone number you ordered with.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message support as soon as you can. Once the order has shipped we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Returns and bulk orders
What if my book arrives damaged?
If the damage makes the content unreadable, tell us within 2 days of delivery. We replace it or refund you. Refunds start within 48 hours of the book reaching us.
I ordered the wrong book
Tell us within 2 days of receiving it and we exchange it. The book must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping and any price difference are paid by you.
